The ones that have seriously stuck with me through everything are the ones that I don't get to see very often. I am so so SO thankful for this special group of people I met in high school. We became professionals at being apart since we went to different schools back then. We'd spend long weekends together and visit each other as often as possible. & I think that prepared us for really being apart in college. We all have grown up and gone our separate ways, but the love and friendship we share hasn't moved one bit. We don't have to see each other all the time to know that we are there for one another. They are the first in line of my defense, and I know they always will be. I can count on them for anything, and I have always been so grateful for them. They are my definition of best friends.
